Co-Housing is an great option, in a community with intention. There are co-housing communities all over the United States, tours are available. Each person owns their own home, community is space available and big decisions are made by the group. There is a spirit and “do-good” feeling about these housing groups that is really nice, the “be a good neighbor” idea is the key.
